Can I pick which tenant phone numbers receive Text and Call messages?
Yes, under the Premium Plans.
In addition to the Mobile/Cell number, you can choose to have Texts and/or Calls sent to either or both the Primary/Home and Alternate/Work numbers. This specific feature of SelfStorageSMS™ eliminates the long process of verifying the mobile/cell number for each of your tenants AND having to move that number to its appropriate field!
What about my customers who don’t want to receive messages?
- Your management software may have an "opt in" field for your tenants. If it does and this field is not selected, your tenants will not receive Text messages.
- Just like with all other SMS services, each tenant can Text the word "STOP" to no longer receive Text messages from your facility.
