Sitelink SMS Opt-in Instructions.

Use these steps to Opt-in your tenants to receive Texts.

Login to Sitelink web edition.

Click on "Company", then "Setup".

Under "Site Setup", click "Tenant Defaults".

Under "Primary Address":

  1. Check the box for "Mobile Phone".
  2. Enter "001" for the "Mobile Country Code".
  3. Check the box to "SMS Opt in".
  4. Click "Save" for "Save Country Code and SMS Opt-in To All Tenants".
  5. Click "OK" and then exit out of the software.

You are done!

(If your facility is on the Premium Plus plan, opting-in/out tenants in SiteLink to recieve Texts, does not affect the Automated Calls or Emails.)
